I got to know ZARD through anime songs like My
Friend (first song I ever heard of them) from Slam
Dunk. After hearing ZARD's first single and some
other songs on the net, I was sold!! I think Izumi Sakai sings very passionate with her
songs, and the fact that they don't promote alot have
me really respect them cause they do it for what its
all about...THE MUSIC! Currently only got one cd of them (ZARD Best single
collection), but planning on buying everything ZARD
this summer in HK. ZARD Cruising and live on top of my
list!! Hope they're still in stock!

Most of Zard songs are performed with a fast, happy beat and it's
really comforted me. For my self my first experience of Zard was from
Anime Songs such as My friend (Slam Dunk) and Don't You See!
(Dragon Ball GT) which are very nice. It was the time when I started
to like them especially the vocalist Izumi Sakai who has such a
beautiful voice, good looking and very talented. Later on I learned that
all the lyrics are written by Izumi Sakai herself which is ..AMAZING!
Eventhough I really like their songs, it's very difficult for me to find her
album here in Indonesia. Well I don't know why, therefore I started to
downloading some of their songs from the Internet. So far I've
collected 2 albums but I still want more! Oh God please help me!
I really admire this Jpop group. Well maybe one day I will collected
all of Zard Albums and Singles and maybe even to get an autograph
from them! Geez I hope It will come true.Well I hope they will keep up the good work
they've done and still producing new songs to their fans
accross the world, God Bless You Zard!
